NextQ Fleet

Know which units are ready, which need service and what is due.

NextQ Fleet is fleet maintenance software for small and mid-size fleets: vehicles, work orders, parts, preventive maintenance, daily inspections and compliance documents in one place, with a phone app for drivers.

What it does

01

Vehicles and status

Every truck, van and trailer with photos, VIN decoding, location and a clear status: operational, needs service or out of service.

02

Work orders

Open jobs with coded tasks, estimates and expenses, keep a technical log and print a work order PDF.

03

Preventive maintenance

Service plans by miles, hours or days, whichever comes first. Finishing a job resets its plan.

04

Daily inspections

A checklist for each type of equipment that drivers complete from their phone, with photos of any problem.

05

Parts and prices

Your own part codes, vendor part numbers and price history, with purchase requests that need approval.

06

Compliance documents

Required documents per equipment type with expiry dates, plus a daily email listing what needs attention.

07

Driver app

Drivers see their unit, complete inspections and log fuel without access to the rest of the system.

08

Roles and audit trail

Separate access for admins, supervisors, technicians and read-only users, with a record of who changed what.

Built around a real fleet

Fleet began as the maintenance system for a working fleet of about 50 assets. It is multi-company: each company sees only its own vehicles, drivers and records.

Frequently asked questions

What is NextQ Fleet?

A web-based fleet maintenance system for tracking vehicles, work orders, parts, preventive maintenance, inspections and compliance documents.

Who is it for?

Small and mid-size fleets that have outgrown spreadsheets and paper but do not need a heavy enterprise system.

Do I need GPS or telematics hardware?

No. Meter readings come from daily inspections or are entered manually, and preventive maintenance is calculated from them.

Can drivers use it from a phone?

Yes. Drivers have their own simple view for inspections and fuel, with photos taken from the phone.

Is my company data kept separate?

Yes. Every company has its own data, and access is controlled by role.

How do I get access?

Accounts are created by NextQ Technology. Contact us for a demo and to set up your company.
